Terms of use
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These terms govern use of DallOS. By accessing or using DallOS, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws.
What DallOS provides
DallOS is a personal and family information, planning and organisation service. It can bring together information from connected third-party services and information entered directly by users to provide dashboards, search, summaries, reminders, automation and planning tools.
Accounts and access
Access to DallOS may be limited to invited users. You are responsible for keeping your DallOS credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share access credentials with anyone who is not authorised to use the account.
Connected services
Some DallOS features depend on third-party services such as Google Workspace or financial, travel and storage providers. You choose whether to connect supported services. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies, and their availability may affect DallOS features.
Your information
You retain responsibility for information you provide or authorise DallOS to access. You grant DallOS permission to process that information only as needed to provide, maintain and secure the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Accuracy and availability
DallOS is intended to make information easier to organise and use, but automated extraction, summaries, calculations and third-party data can sometimes be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Important information should be checked against the original source before relying on it.
The service may change, be interrupted or become temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, third-party outages or other operational reasons.
Financial and other decisions
Information shown in DallOS, including financial projections, investment values, tax-related organisation or planning outputs, is provided for personal information and organisation purposes only. It is not professional financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Acceptable use
You must not use DallOS to break the law, interfere with the service, gain unauthorised access to another account or system, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or use connected services in a way that violates their applicable terms.
Security
DallOS uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the service and connected information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their own devices, passwords and connected accounts.
Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect DallOS, its users, connected services or data, or where these terms are materially breached. Users may stop using DallOS and request deletion of account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DallOS is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that every feature or item of information will always be accurate, complete or uninterrupted. DallOS is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate third-party data, outages of third-party services, or decisions made without checking important information against its original source.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as DallOS evolves. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
