DallOS is a private personal and family information service. It is designed to bring together information that a user chooses to connect and make that information useful through dashboards, search, planning and automation features.
Information DallOS may process
The information DallOS processes depends on the features and integrations you choose to use. It may include account and profile information, household preferences, calendars, email, documents, travel details, property information, financial information and other information you enter into the service.
Google user data
When you connect a Google account, DallOS requests only the Google permissions needed for the features you choose to use. Depending on the connection, DallOS may access the following data:
- Google Calendar: calendar lists, events and event metadata so DallOS can display calendars, plan around events and create or update events when requested.
- Gmail: message content and metadata needed to identify and organise useful information such as travel bookings, school information, property correspondence, reminders and other user-facing summaries.
- Google Drive: file names, metadata and file content needed to index, search, organise and display documents inside DallOS.
- Google account information: basic account details used to identify a connected account and complete authentication or authorisation.
How connected data is used
Connected data is used to provide and improve features that are visible to the user who connected the account. Examples include calendar views, itinerary creation, document discovery, email classification, summaries, reminders and household planning.
DallOS does not use connected Google data for advertising, does not sell it to data brokers, and does not use it to determine credit eligibility. DallOS does not use Google Workspace data to train or improve a general-purpose machine learning or AI model.
Google API Limited Use
DallOS's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
DallOS uses encrypted HTTPS connections in transit and access controls around authenticated areas of the service. Application data and connection credentials may be stored in DallOS's configured databases and infrastructure so that requested features can operate. OAuth access and refresh tokens are treated as credentials and are not displayed to other users through the interface.
When Google OAuth is used, DallOS does not receive or store the password for your Google account. Google controls the sign-in and authorisation process, and access can also be revoked through your Google Account security settings.
Service providers and data sharing
DallOS may use hosting, database, storage, security, monitoring and AI-processing service providers where necessary to operate a user-facing feature. Data is shared with those providers only to provide or secure the service, subject to their applicable service terms and safeguards. DallOS may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to investigate security or abuse.
DallOS does not sell personal information and does not transfer personal information to advertising platforms or information resellers.
Human access
DallOS is designed so that connected user data is processed by the service rather than routinely read by people. Human access may occur only when necessary to provide support with the user's consent, protect the service or users, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
DallOS retains information for as long as it is needed to provide the service or until it is deleted, subject to legitimate security, backup and legal requirements. A connected integration can be disconnected and Google access can be revoked at any time. Users may request deletion of their DallOS account data and stored connection credentials by contacting the address below.
Your choices
You decide which supported integrations to connect. You can choose not to connect an integration, disconnect an existing integration, revoke Google access, or ask for account data to be corrected or deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as DallOS changes. If DallOS materially changes how Google user data is used, the policy and relevant in-product disclosures will be updated before the new use is introduced where consent is required.
